A wine that is both rich and complex but easy to drink and pleasant… A wine that has been matured in oak barrels and which remains supple enough to be tasted all year round, even in the summer season. It remained for nearly 20 days on the hot marc (25°C) after classic fermentation to obtain unparalleled complexity.
This vintage is a blend of Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Mourvèdre and Grenache.
